Second Annual Skate With Champions - Celebrating Manitoba's 2010 Olympic Heroes

Winnipeg – The Canadian Sport Centre Manitoba is excited to announce that it will be hosting the second annual ‘Skate With Champions - Free Public Skate’ at the MTS Centre next Tuesday, April 13th. The theme of this years skate will be ‘Celebrating Manitoba’s 2010 Olympic Heroes’ with recent Vancouver 2010 Olympians Clara Hughes, Kyle Parrot, Megan Imrie and Shannon Remple taking part.
The Skate with Champions will involve three free public skate sessions on the MTS Centre Ice with games, contests and activities taking place, along with autograph opportunities and free hot chocolate! Skate sessions will take place at 6:00pm, 7:00pm and 8:00pm, with entry tickets available at the door.
Children 12 and under will be required to wear a helmet when skating on the ice.
